At Pop Ups Brand, we want you to love your fashion finds; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are in their original condition with tags attached and show no signs of wear.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.
Ship Your Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
